Mold Inspections
Every Mold Inspection is different. Attention to detail is a must. A good Mold Inspection will detail the water or humidity problem that caused the Mold growth. How far the contamination has spread. Who is liable for the damages and a complete microbiology report. and findings.
Liability Assessment
When Mold is involved many Parties responsible for the damages to you and your families health or property try to evade the liability. Probe helps you secure the evidence and documentation you will need to prove who was responsible for your loss, and ultimately who will pay for all of your damages:
Job Site Assessment
In a job site assessment we initially look for the cause of the problem. In this phase we determine what actually is causing the mold growth. We then formulate a remedy for the water / humidity issues and provide immediate stop-gap measures to halt further property damage and outline the possible heath risks and liabilities that may be present.
Pre-Remediation Testing
Each mold project is unique. Some projects require mold testing prior to any remediation being performed. There are various reasons for this. When explained your situation we have the experience to advise you whether or not this is a necessary procedure you might want to explore.
Post-Remediation Testing
After mold remediation is performed it is highly advisable to have post remediation testing done. These tests document that the mold remediation process has been done correctly.
Types of Mold Testing we Perform
Swab Sampling

Mold Remediator, Homeowner
Whatever your position we are prepared to provide you with your best evidence to support your case.
Written Protocols
When it has been established that a mold problem exists many times it is required that a protocol be written and implemented. This includes project set up procedure, remediation procedures and the remediation techniques to be used. It outlines the entire scope of work to be preformed on the project from beginning to end. Our protocol is then implemented by your selected remediation contractor. Protocols are many times used as a secondary check list to assure the project is done right the first time.
Consultation
If you have employed an engineering firm, a contractor or a mold remediation specialist you may want a second opinion on the projects scope of work, process and protocol. Many times a second opinion has been able to save thousands of dollars on a single project and more importantly, “time”.
A common and acceptable practice in high profile projects is that an outside consultant is brought in to work with the selected contractor. As consultants we work two different ways. Our fees may be based on an hourly rate or a fixed single project rate depending on the length of time the project is expected to last.
